Digital PINAS Launch: Boosting 15,000 MSMEs in the Philippines

In January 2025, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), International Labour Organization (ILO), and International Trade Centre (ITC), formally launched Digital PINAS—a ₱5 million initiative designed to empower over 15,000 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in underserved regions across the Philippines.
